Press 3 to list your containers, running ones first, with live CPU and memory use. strata talks to Docker through the docker CLI, so it works with Docker Desktop, Podman's Docker shim and remote DOCKER_HOSTs.

Browsing containers
A container's filesystem behaves like any other location: navigate, preview files, and copy files in and out between panels. strata only needs sh and stat inside the container, so slim busybox and Alpine images work too. ! opens a shell in the container at the current directory.
